Negroni Blush

A spring time twist on a classic Negroni bursting with notes of strawberry, orange and blossom.
Don’t be fooled by appearances, the Negroni Blush looks pretty and unsuspecting, but it’s strong and packs a punch. A delicious celebration of spring in a glass!
Ingredients
- 20ml Cointreau
- 20ml SRD Dry Vermouth (coming soon)
- 20ml SRD House Gin
- 15ml Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter / Campari
- 3 drops Aromatic Bitters
Method
- Stir all ingredients on ice.
- Strain into a flute and garnish with dried strawberries.
