A delicious cocktail perfect for sunny spring days.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh Lavender flowers (bruised)
- 60ml Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 drops of Wonderfoam (or one egg white)
Method
- Shake all ingredients on ice.
- Fine strain into coupe glass.
- Garnish with fresh lavender.
